Here's another of my paintings that will be on display the beginning of October in Olympia, Washington during Arts Walk. 

This is "Owl and Alien" painted with acrylic paint on canvas. 

I'd started this painting a few months back, then set it down because I wasn't happy with it. Because I'm doing a 30 paintings during the month of September challenge and have Arts Walk coming up, I picked it up again and finished it. 

I'm a Twin Peaks fan and have always loved the line and idea that "the owls are not what they seem."
